Teastain Theatre’s mission is to create plays which make our audiences feel more connected to the world around them. We make form-breaking new-writing, which we co-create with writers. We like grappling with topics which give us a headache through shows which are love-letters to life.
Previous shows include Tap Root (The Glitch), Thirst (Vault Festival), Untitled Sparkly Vampire Play (Omnibus Theatre), Hitchhiker (Rondo Theatre) and Wild Thyme and Heather (York Theatre Royal Studio).

Co Director
Becca McGreevy
Producer and Director, Becca develops and supports the creation of exceptional new theatre.
Recent directing includes: Tap Root (The Glitch), Thirst (Omnibus 9to6 Festival & The Vaults), and recent workshops include: Kick the Door Down Showcase (Riverside Studios & Pleasance).
With RJG Productions as Production Assistant, recent work includes: Hot Mess (The Other Palace), In Pieces the concert performance (The Other Palace), Beautiful Little Fool, Dir. Michael Grief (Southwark Playhouse), Club NVRLND (Edinburgh Fringe), FANNY (The King's Head), Wyld Woman (Southwark Playhouse), and That Bastard, Puccini! (Park Theatre). Upcoming: Club NVRLND comes to The Vaults in November 2026.
Becca is an active Choir member of the Covent Garden Chorus, and recently performed with the London Philharmonic Choir at the Royal Albert Hall's Lord of the Rings 25th Anniversary concerts. She has recently read for Theatre 503 and the Popcorn Award, and trained on Liverpool Royal Court's Stage Write Development Programme, and with British Youth Music Theatre.

Jessy Roberts
Jessy Roberts is currently Resident Assistant Director at the Donmar Warehouse. She is a director and dramaturg and was previously Senior Reader at the National Theatre Studio and Literary Assistant at Soho Theatre. She is an Associate of New Perspectives and Associate Director of Bomb Factory Theatre and the Rondo Theatre.
Donmar Assistant Director credits include: Mass; The Guilty; A Month in The Country; Ilford Boy.
Director credits include: The Incredibly Scary Object (Jack Studio Theatre); Tap Root (The Glitch); THIRST(VAULT Festival); Untitled Sparkly Vampire Play (Omnibus Theatre); Girls With Wings; Trauma; BRANDED(Bomb Factory Theatre).
